Lyle Townsend, PT

President of Impact Wellness and Rehab. He serves as a consultant for wellness and rehabilitation, partnering with CCRCs and LTC facilities in the Midwest region.  Mr. Townsend is a Physical Therapist with 25 years in healthcare management and clinical services across the continuum of care.  This experience has bolded well for development of rehabilitation business and clinical models to meet the ever-changing LTC and residential living environment.  His areas of expertise include: senior wellness, fall prevention, business development and regulatory compliance.  He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, International Council of Active Aging, and serves on the Reimbursement Committee for the National Association of Rehab Agencies and Providers.
